Keep the canvas on the same page
Create a space, send the code, draw together. Leave when the picture is enough.
Open with one or two sentences that set the scene. When you point to the product, link rtcroom: create a space in the browser, send the space code, leave when the drawing is done.
Keep body paragraphs short. Emphasize with bold, mark keywords with
highlight, and write space codes as arch-review.
-
1
Create a space
One click from the home page. Use a custom space code when you need a memorable door.
-
2
Send the space code
Drop it in the group chat. No client to install, and no signup first.
-
3
Draw and align
Open the canvas first. Turn on voice or screen share only when you need them.
When one page beats a stack of tools
When the argument is a set of situations, write scene rows, not a lecture.
Architecture
Services, gateways, databases, and call paths sit on one diagram you can change while you talk.
Brainstorms and class
Notes, sketches, and a timer stay on the same cloth. No more screenshot-and-repost.
Interviews and reviews
They join with a space code. Short co-creation does not need another account.
State the bounds first
Use stat cards for numbers and a comparison table for detail. The last column is this site and is emphasized automatically.
| Item | A split toolchain | rtcroom |
|---|---|---|
| How you enter | Client / account | Browser + space code |
| Canvas and talk | Two apps, constant switching | Same page |
| Best for | All-hands, compliance archive | Short co-creation and architecture alignment |
Keep the picture inside the conversation
Talk while you draw
Write shortcuts as they are: ⌘ + V to paste. Speak the idea while you draw so remote people can stay on the same picture.
When you need a quieter emphasis, use a quote, not a tip bar.
# space code
arch-review
- Ephemeral
- Spaces have a lifetime. Export a PNG before you leave if the canvas matters.
- No account wall
- Share the space code only with people you trust. The code is the credential.
Still wondering?
Do participants need to download an app?
No. Current Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox is enough.
Can rtcroom replace a full meeting suite?
It does not cover every session. Use it for short co-creation; keep enterprise suites for all-hands, recording, and compliance archives.
